anyways.. ya i foudn out that its a SLP mid pipe.. but this is when i had my hi flow cats in still along with stock mufflers.. but ya that was with cutouts open..

Bassani , he also has cut outs but I dont know if they are open or not.

They get welded into your exhaust basically where you want them, some are electric or manual and all it does it open up where ever you have them installed so the exhaust escapes where you put them in rather then going all the way through the back out the mufflers, alot of people use it for track use.
