now, logically after the husband talks to the wife AND separate the beds, why should the action happen a third time? Do you think that THIS is not mentally hurtful to the husband? There are parts of Quran originally not written in Arabic language, but in Aramaic. In its oldest parts Quaran is christian.

well quote the part that is originally written in aramaic. if you know basic history, the quran was written in the time of the prophet muhammad in arabic and memorised completely by many of his companions. i am sure the writer of the book wrote it for a certain group of people based on lies and fabrications but i guarenty the writer will never debate with a muslim scholar about the quran. the challenge is open and always have been.

well look now... some girls get their menses by the age of 8, 9, and so on. it varies between individuals. some even get them by the age of 16 or even at the age of 7... who knows. ask your mom, ur aunts and your sisters. see the rational behind it don't just blow things out of proportion. may god guide you to the right path. during Muhammad's time, its a lawful act. don't judge him using the 21st century law.

Assuming the outside environment is highly polluted, then, which is better for a bird: To stay in a cage in order to stay protected from pollution or to fly free and use the wings? Same thing with women: To stay veiled or to try things and learn from them? Not getting veiled for a woman doesn't mean she will get raped automatically. There is risk in life always but this is no reason to oppress women differently in a guaranteed way (being veiled).

In court she read from verse 34 of sura 4 of the Koran, An-Nisa (Women), in which men are told to hit their wives as a final stage in dealing with disobedience. The verse reads: "... as to those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them and leave them alone in the sleeping places and beat them".

This does not mean to bash their heads in. I especially like how my parents used the slap-hand technique. I would ask you what kind of "harm" did that inflict? A hit with a "miswak" is far less. I would never harm my wife, no.

then there are 3 ways to handle it 1) First talk to her about it and make her understand that what she has done is wrong (hadiths say when talking to your wife you should do it with utmost respect and kindness). If this same action persists 2) separate the beds (this is mostly interpreted as don't sleep together in general). If this same action persists beat her (this has long hadiths and is not as simple as that...

now, logically after the husband talks to the wife AND separate the beds, why should the action happen a third time? Do you think that THIS is not mentally hurtful to the husband? The whole process is supposed to be hurtful to both parties actually and is not supposed to be some kind of physical punishment in any way, the intention is to be psychological because everybody needs some kind of stimulation to learn and understand, and alot of time, appreciate.

The question in my mind is only one. Do you (muslims) believe that any nonmuslims (infidels) can be justifiably killed in jihad. And if so, do you believe in aggression. And if not, why don't you speak out openly against this radical sect of your ideology instead of defending them. Laruca I am a revert, a Hispanic Muslim, jihad means the struggle - So with that said The Qur'an makes reference to Jihad but the Jihad that is spoken is of our temptation, within ourselves. That is the jihad we must fight. We are not allowed to take life because that is the Creator's duty, thought about it this way, if we slaughter our meat in a way that is less agonizing less painful for the animal, imagine our views on harming a human.

And like I said before, Aisha was one of the most knowledgeable of Muhammad (p.b.u.h)'s wives, and one of the most knowledgeable women of the ummah as a whole. The senior companions of the Prophet used to refer to her opinion and consult her. She became his best supporter and learned much of Islam from him. She was a great teacher for many women and men of her time. I'm sure if she was raped or molested she wouldn't have supported him or continued to speak highly of him after his death.

That's the dumbest lie I've heard about him so far. Aisha was not raped or molested by Muhammad (p.b.u.h) if she was, she would have said so herself. Nobody would stop her from coming out in the open and saying she was raped. But she didn't say that, instead she talked very highly of her husband.

In fact, Muhammad himself raped a young Jewish girl from Kahibar after killing her father. But hey, at least she was 17 and not nine like his favorite wife Aisha.

If the marriage was so wrong, then why didn't Aisha's mother object to the marriage? Instead she happily gave Aisha for marriage, and prepared her for the marriage. Why didn't Abu Bakr the father of Aisha object to the marriage? If it was so wrong you would expect the father to have not allowed such a marriage to take place. And saying "but I am your brother" doesn't mean he's objecting.

Aisha´s parents did not want to marry their child to Muhammad, it was Muhammad who approached them and asked to marry Aisha, so they had to.
