Also, for people thinking Darksiders is GOW ripoff the game was heavily inspired by Zelda... It's a free roam, rpg action like game with a combat system minutely like GOW.. WOW it must be a exactly the same, people do your research... Dantes Inferno is the only game you should be comparing to GOW.. However, it's more sadistic, morbid, satanic, and yes will be just as fun... Get over it..

God of War is about this guy coming to stop the Greek Gods. (Kratos) plus its a MISSION BASED game.

Darksiders is an RPG about the Horseman being blamed for starting the apocolypse. And your their to stop the fighting and restore the balance.

They have nothing similar except for the over-needed amount of blood and guts.

Eugh, I'm sick and tired of this game already. It's just a rehash of other rehashes. It seems to me as though the devs are too shallow and unimaginative to create a game which has any depth. My explanation is that developers are forced to concentrate on graphics rather than plot and depth as a result of a limited timespan. This means that the problem can only get worse as gaming graphics continue to improve.

Wth are you on about.. This game does have an indepth plot linked to the "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" from the bible(which I havent heard about until this game, not very religious). It is very original and imaginative, I havent seen many games of this type take on religious tales or tales of myth and legend before. And it aint all about the graphics either as if you see in earlier previews of this new game the graphics were ps2 standard because they focused on make are rich story first.
