WaMu became Chase on July 26th. I walk in & the 1st thing they want to do is sign me up with a debit card. I refused the Debit pitch, then a new salesperson wants to sign me up w/ a credit card and starts asking about my CC interest rates. Literally 20 minutes and 4 people harassing me, they finally take my deposit. I get home to make an online payment to find all my payment history & online bill setup is deleted. :(
