Admirable persistence. Its not a drawing though - its a pencil copy. Much the same method they've used to place fresco on a wall. As much as I can tell - you're using a mix of semi soft/soft auto pencils.

I work in small areas and move on until i finish that section. I get better results that way or else i tend to rush if i work in larger areas. I take each small section as an individual drawing. You can see other videos that are sped up and that's how i draw in them as well. I guess its a compliment that you think that i use a photo editor program to make these drawings.

practice practice practice. If you go to my website youll see one of my first attempts at drawing wolves and it doesn't even come close to this one. Its all practice and wanting to improve, just keep drawing and with each one you will see improvement.

This is my first video i've seen of yours. And no dount I will watch more.

I'm 16, and considerin myself very talented for my age, Maximum I have spent on a drawing is approximately 2-3 hours, I assume this took a hell of alot more time. Do you use any perticular pencil?. Or techinque? Because i'm finding it hard to get realist detail on the fur, and ofcourse the nose. Thanks.

@dpalza Like onlypencil said it take practice. As a kid I was drawing a lot, they all looked like vomit, I got very good at it over time. You will get better. I always try and improve my drawing skills, the only way is with practice because each time you learn something new so really you can only ever get better.

By the way 5 stars, this drawing is awesome!

i use multiple reference photos. I cant draw what i don't know or havent seen. Its great to work from different reference photos because it allows you to add detail that is not visible on the other photos. You make it your own that way, its your drawing so you decide what you want in it.

Good job, very good job. I currently work on very small paper, therefore the lack of detail. I didn't know that grids helped that much. By the way, I can never do that good with the fur/hair. Thats the hardest thing for me to do
