Black holes actually don't swallow each other. It's more of a "fight" for control. The bigger, more dominate black hole will literally shoot the other black hole into space while tremendous energy excretes from the remaining black hole. More logically, the end of the Universe will come about either when everything is expanded so much that thermal equilibrium arises (so cold there can be no life) or the reverse of that, when the universe ends in a fiery explosion.

you are so wrong... wormholes are wormholes, black holes are black holes and white holes are white holes. There is no connection whatsoever between them, exept the fact that there is a good chance that black holes eat and the white holes spit what that particular black hole ate. Wormholes have absolutely no connection with the two other cosmic holes. The end of a wormhole is another wormhole, another mouth connected to the throat. Problem is that throats are unstable and can break very quickly.

Besides, finding an inhabitable planet similar to Earth would probably be harder than getting to that planet. The human race will surely die with Earth.
