agree with Mutahi Ngunyi here ..she is a political turncoat who wants whtever is comin to 'her' i.e. POWER...and raw power at that. Only positive thing is she scares the hell out these total men, especially Rutto, which is fine with me.

She was a strong supporer of a tainted election. She has been in power for yrs but i havent seen any reform agendas next to her name. I am not excited about her resignation. Martha Karua's achievements might seem obscure due to the complexity of her ministry, the red tape & the vested interests that go along with it. If the executive does not heed the advice given by the minister then there is nothing else she can do to improve the workings of the ministry.
