This game was made to be out on home consoles, but according to Examu it's a no-go. They are missing out on a huge cash-grab with this game, in fact this game is rated as one of Arcadia magazines(famed Japanese Gaming Magazine) top ten fighting games of all times . The Japanese gamers might not like it so much but maybe the North American's or Europeans might. There is not enough fighters out there on the market, instead it's dominated by average or sub par Rpg's or 1st person shooters..boring!
