@patrikkorda Right you are. I'm sure there are quite a few people who bought between $40 and $48 who are pretty sad now. But a week ago, you could get silver one-ounce coins for $30! Now, by the end of the year, silver will be above $45 again... So those who bought near the top won't be so bad off anymore. But they will still kick themselves that they didn't buy at $30! :)

So even if your wishful prediction comes true I am still better off having sold. If silver goes below $20/oz I may jump back in, but there are too many other opportunities outside of the silver cult.

One thing to try is to time your purchases better in 3 to 6 month increments. Now silver price is at $27.50 down from $49 seven months ago.

Silver Stackers aren't day-traders. Sure, you're going to pay a premium for physical precious metals. You're going to deal with volatility when purchasing silver due to the devaluation and industrial use. You'd think as the stock market hits a lul silver would climb as a safe haven, but they'll mirror one-another somewhat up untill fiat currencies fall apart (They all do) Have you lost FRNs on your reccent silver investment? Maybe. Have you lost real value and purchasing power? No.

@mymaterialvimana I buy one ounce rounds of silver bullion from Northwest Territorial Mint and sell to them also. If you can afford 50 ounces, you get a large price break, but you're placed on a waiting list. It's about a two month wait, but they always come through. Smaller quantities deliver much more quickly.

I did not hear a single racist comment.... anyways. The gentleman is right. Silver will be worth more and more as the value of the US dollar collpases. Think of it this way. Today you can buy a loaf of bread for 3 dollars here in louisiana, in one year it will probably be $4.50. Just from the devaluation of the US dollar and the liquidity being dumped back into our financial system by countries swapping reserve currencies, silver will be worth more and more and more. likewise gold.

This is what creates rising costs. Not becasue its worth more, but because your dollar is worth LESS everyday. Thats not questionable to say prices will continue to increase. I think it will hit the 50 dollar mark because as fuel continues to go up and food continues to go up people will buy less then they are right now which will depreciate the dollar and further damage the economy and now this possible nuke threat that is going around because of osamas death. I honestly want it to be low i am not looking to buy back into dollars i am simply insuring my wealth with silver
