Hi, good review! Can you help me with something, i have made a short video which i wanted to upload to facebook so i went onto the video and clicked share but the video never uploaded so tried to do it again then i realised that when you unlock your screen and swipe from the top down it shows you progress of uploads/downloads etc and the hald uploaded facebook video is shown there but i don't know how to delete it from there , can you help with this..? thanks . jody x

Looks will always be secondary to function - you don't employ someone based on looks, you employ them on their qualifications. Same with phones - you don't go for looks, you go for features. Fact is, it looks good too.

Clearly, you will be one of those people who burn through five phones a year and have cracks in your screen within the first month, because you have more money than sense and do not treat these items with enough care.

This also nullifies what you say about it being flimsy. Also, I have picked up the phone in a shop and looked at the material, only to find it is nowhere near as cheap and flimsy as you make out and actually looks ok too. Plus, how often do you have to remove the back of your phone anyway? That's the only time you'd realise how thin it was!

Kill live wallpaper and set screen brightness to lowest setting to get better battery life. Atrix is not going to beat this. Nvidia chip is not as good at samsungs in-house 1.2ghz :-) i love the phone, intially wasnt sure about touchwiz. Cant say its a great ui but the phone is awesome :-)

@succeed06 Hello. The only network branding is a splash screen when you turn the phone on and a slpash screen whe you turn it off. it came unlocked but i guess i was lucky as all the galaxy s2's o2 ship now are unlocked. o2 unlock for FREE anyway.

@meerak87 Hello, the phone gets warm (it is a dual core phone) when you are using it heavily but this does not effect my usage.

I would recommend getting a case and screen protect as you don't want to scratch it. As the phone is plastic after a few months it will look 'worn' so a case is advisable.

@meerak87 Meerak, the back cover for the Galaxy S2 is really thin and light so the warm battery should not do it any harm. I've owned the iPhone 4 and it gets to a similar temp.

When the HTC Sensation is out I will do a side by side comparison and review.
