  • I propose to eliminate fat AND fruit until the intestines are no longer an enflamed, diseased mess. What would it hurt?

  • Can I eat bananas, and high sugar fruits?

  • @jayliamahra that will probably make your symptoms a lot worse. :-(

  • IT doesn't make sense that the most appealing food in it's natural state would be harmful. If you have a lot of fat in your blood stream which most people do then yes the sugar is going to affect you. We are not meant to eat loads of fat. The cultures with the highest centarians eat 17% at the most. If you're confused put in your daily food intake at nutridiarydotcom and you will see how much fat you are getting.

  • if you eat all fruit and no fat to balance blood sugar you will get diabetes... FYI

  • fruit made me break out sooooo bad on raw food diet... probably because of my candida - FYI

  • It diesn't make sense to me that eating so much fruit could "cure" candida. I have a very bad candida problem which seems to be throughout my entire body. If I eat just a little fruit, I can feel the yeast (fungus) going wild inside me. My gut gets very bloated and I get terrible brain fog, cold chills, fatigue...and a number of symptoms caused by the candida. I can't imagine a whole diet of fruit (although I do WISH I could eat more fruit). It's interesting, but I do not see how it is possble.

  • @ccavancookie I get the same reaction. Before, I had been on a mostly-raw mostly-vegetable diet for some time when I heard that fruit is great for regenerating nerves. I decided to ignore my mild candida (the cells were small and round) and switched to an almost 100% fruit diet. I felt ok the first few days, but then my health steadily degraded. My homeopathic doctor showed me that the candida had grown to an extreme degree, sprouting into ugly colonies with roots throughout my bloodstream. :(

  • @RenGrayson

Thanks guys for sharing your experiences. It's strange because fruits contain sugars and it's a No1 food for yeast, fungus. Dr. Robert Young suggests to remove fruits from the diet because of sugars. So pH of body fluids restores to normal or slightly alkaline and in alkaline environment all bacteria, fungus and yeast die. You can find on YouTube his live blood videos. It seems to work properly as he shows blood before and after his diet. I think pH (acidity) level is important.

  • @zinturis That it is! :) I had extreme acidity and was severely ill. I read up on how the body's natural mechanism for balancing pH works. A diet lacking in certain types of fats will inhibit your body from metabolizing minerals, which are important for maintaining a good pH. I used to take mineral supplements and drink alkalinized water, but none of it was effective because my diet lacked those specific fats. Dr. Weston Price's research explains it. You can find many helpful articles online. :)

  • @RenGrayson @zinturis Be sure to get organic and minimally processed or unprocessed foods, though. Foodstuffs that used to be good can be quite toxic and harmful nowadays, especially since toxins are stored in fat. :-/

    Helpful online articles:

"Health Concern: Candida Overgrowth" (getwelllivewellbewell at blogspot) -- this helped me a lot.

  • @RenGrayson

Basically, my fat comes from organic oils like hemp seed oil, virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, sesame seed oil and etc, and from organic seeds and nuts like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds. My body fat doesn't store toxins because I don't have fats :) I am so slim so extra kilos would be good to gain. But I have found recently quite interesting thought about why some people may benefit from eating fruits while others removing them: youtube.com/watch?v=ZtFONyjmZtE

  • @zinturis Balance is the key. :) I was thinking about how treatment for each person should be individualized, tailored to fit their needs & unique circumstances, not "one size fits all." Not everyone has the same problem; they could be at different extremes, and when something is either too low or too high, it creates health problems. And then I saw the link you posted, and it explains pH balance. Thanks!! I had wondered *which part* is "too acidic," since pH is supposed to vary in the body.

  • @RenGrayson

As I understand, all parts are important and are like indicators but they go one by one like in a queue. First of all acids in tissue, then it goes to blood, then to urine. I usually test my urine pH as it gives quite accurate values. But these values are what your body got just rid off. So it's not in the body anymore, but when you measure day by day you can have a very clear view of what's going on in your body. Here Dr Young tells how to test pH: youtube.com/watch?v=UKP351Lcank

  • @RenGrayson

In the video she says, she began feeling well by eating fruits and removing fats? My pH is very low. I couldn't balance my pH by eating fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and healthy oils for about 2 months. As soon as I removed sweet fruits and replaced them with lemons with different teas and green vegetables, my pH in 3 days started rising up. That's cool and that's Dr. Robert Young's approach. From your reply Ren, I understand you don't eat fruit-based diet mentioned.

  • @RenGrayson Howd it go? I feel good definitely scrapping fat AND all sugars. I am concerned about getting this fixed quickly because I feel like I'm going to end up with a bunch of scar tissue in the intestines that spells cancer...like people that get cancer from acid reflux. Trying this 100% fruit diet was painful and made my workweek hell.

  • @AM429 Hi ^_^ Candida is merely a symptom of immune system malfunction. I also contracted cryptococcosis, valley fever, parasites, viruses, & bacterial infection. intestines stopped working; liver, stomach, and other vital organs began malfunctioning. Fungus spread throughout organs. I got meningitis, nearly died. I can't use drugs, but found an effective way to reverse my condition: Ozone. colon hydrotherapy with ozone really kills fungus, but is given at a therapy center with Rx note, & costly

  • Best self-treatment is strict diet & taking potent garlic-derived allicin capsules (not tablets). most aggressive self-treatment is adding the powder of one pill to warm water enema -- this will result in major fungus death. hopefully immune system will regain normal function (may take years or never fully recover). If you're having a problem with fats, it shows your liver/gallbladder is affected. Take broad-spectrum digestive enzymes and liver/bile support capsules. PM me for recommendations.

  • this is kind of hard to listen to with all the chaos in the background.

Some viewers like myself have adrenal fatigue making excess noise and tone of voice grating....

  • MESSAGE TO CANDIDA SUFFERERS READ "THE 80 10 10 DIET" by DR. DOUGLAS GRAHAM..... CLEARS UP THE FRUIT CONFUSION AND PHOBIA.... PEACE LOVE HEALTH TO ALL

  • @xpacev2.. I would avoid all processed oils like the plauge especially if you have candida. It's not a food.. I'm one week into transitioning into the diet. Mostly fruit..... FEELING FANTASTIC.. Prior to 8011 i consumed a olive oils, coconut kefir, coconut meat,avocados..and felt like s..t. Takin a break from all fats...

  • Great video. Thanks.

  • ...Would we not die if we killed off out candida? I get it they mean homeostasis. Does a person have to eat 20 bananas a day to kill athletes foot and jock itch? What do the 80 10 10ers spend a day on this diet? its hard for me to find that much ripe fruit around where I live

  • I can't hear the audio that well, there is too much background noise. To improve the sound quality you need a wireless mic. or one that is wired external from the camera.

  • Amazing i have candida and fruit sugar destroys me. I stopped it and it improved extreme. Arnoldsway to suffering. Damn i ordered durian and jackfruit now i can put it in the damn freezer.

  • Will raw food cure homosexuality ?

  • LOL

  • according to chinese medicine candida means having to avoid raw/uncooked foods, as they place stress on digestion..believe me did the candida diet with natural foods and felt as bad..stopped eating raw foods (gently cooked my fruit/root veg etc..) and the improvement was massive...according to chinese medicine candida is heavily caused by 'spleen-deficiency' - the spleen is responsible for digestion & doesn't like cold, damp or humid conditions..

  • Great info, bad interviewer

  • I just started eating raw. My candida seemed to go away the 2nd day. Although I know it takes longer to be fully...raw is awesome! Great video!

  • 17 years suffering cystic acne, nodulistic as well... any help? does candida have any relation? i think i am making a mixture of info in my head, i am desperate, i don't want to go back to isotretinoin (roacuttan)

  • Check out my 7 stages to staying young Every illness gets treated the same Remove the cause and give the body the conditions for health and the body will do whatever it can to heal itself Have faith in your bodys healing mechanism

  • @ArnoldsWay Im actually trying this diet right now, but im havin a hard time cutting out all the fat. I constantly feel like something is missing. Is small amounts of coconut oil ok?

  • @xpacev2 It is my understanding that raw coconut oil is actually an anti candida item.

  • It is related yes, I get cystic spots ink when I eat sugars and carbs. Acne prone people have some kind of sensitivity tro insulin and produce androgens which cause the cystic spots. Trust me, the low carb candida diet will cure your acne, It does for me when I keep it up anyway and my acne is bad :( :)

  • @coperniciaTalent My dermatologist recommended a vegan diet and it helped me.

  • @coperniciaTalent getwellnow tk put in browser

  • @coperniciaTalent sounds like something I had. like "erythema nodosum"? very painful, persistent, cystic and nodular, mainly on the face? the condition of the skin reflects the fungal/parasitic condition within the body, and you may also have food allergies (fungus causes them). regular docs are pretty stupid; they'll just say, "It's just acne. I'll give you a cream." Don't believe 'em. Once you kill off the fungus in your body & avoid any foods that cause flare-ups, your skin will heal itself.

  • @RenGrayson often, the nodules or cyst-like lesions will actually be small clumps of fungus growing beneath the skin. I've examined several of these small fungal bodies under the microscope. you can tell this is the case if those bumps itch after you eat something high in carbs or sugar (fruit, corn, rice, bread, starchy foods). Diet is important -- go on an antifungal and antimold diet; it will make a big difference. But use allicin capsules to attack the fungus. Use ozone treatment as well.

  • wow amazing

  • So how can we contact Kim for consultation? No contact info was given.

  • I know Kim from the industry and now as a friend and she practices what she preaches. She is such a great person, and anyone would be enriched by talking to her.

  • Great info. For candida issues, I would also HIGHLY recommend the probiotic VSL3. It is medical grade, and has 450 billion bacteria/dose (versus maybe only 10 billion for a typical healthfood store brand). After struggling with severe candida for months, I noticed an incredible improvement in days and am now about 10 days in. You can order it online or even Walgreen's pharmacy, but best price by far is at COSTCO pharmacy (no Rx required). I have no affiliation with VSL3,just want to help.

  • Having started the 811 protocol since I posted my comment above, I think it just might be the most beneficial thing (i.e. even moreso than a good probiotic) one can do to overcome candida. A good probiotic is helpful too of course, but cutting overt fats out of my diet for just 48 hours seems to have made a huge difference for me.

  • Scrap my 811 comment above. Fruit brought my candida on hard after only a few days, even without eating any overt fats. So, back to a standard candida diet for me. Incidentally, I've found HCL (hydrochloric acid) supplementation works miracles for any heartburn issues that may go along with candida. Many with candida suffer from low HCL levels.

  • Absolutely, I found the same. I went on the diet for months, thought the candida was gone, and then started to eat fruits again. First I felt great, probably cause I was feeding the candida again, next thing I knew it was back and i was back at square 1! Hcl cured my GERD though, but only on a low carb diet. This is just not true! I used food combining techniques also, don't bother with it people!!

  • @MissMeAm How can you be sure this person did not cure her candida this way?

  • Arnold!!! your the best.

I love your information on your videos.

I eat a raw food diet to combat HBP.

I can say, that I feel much better and love to eat green foods.

  • lOVE it. Great info.
