Wow, weird to hear him speak with an English accent- the only things I've seen him in are Band of Brothers and Stormbreaker!

has anyone else noticed that he speaks at a pretty low pitch with his Russian accent, pretty high with an American (like in nbc's "life") and in between in his actual accent? So weird to hear him be British haha

@sophie0607 They aren't. Apparently Stormbreaker was released in a limited number of theatres and it didn't have enough hype. I could be wrong, but unless AH is lying...

Another thing to think about is Alex Pettyfer. He looks way too old to play the part now.

Well, I think he's a Meryl Streep counterpart when it comes to accent. The first time I saw him in films, he was doing such an amazing Irish accent thought he was Irish. Then his American accent blew me away. NOT many Brits can do that. Listen to Sean Connery, Michael Caine and Pierce Brosnan and others--too hard for them. Now, Lewis here is doing Romanian: WOW !!!

Yeah.. but Yassen the character really doens't have a Russian accent, so it's sort of unnecessary to pinpoint "Hey, Yassen is a RUSSIAN name!!!".

It's still a nice act by Damian. I'd never master a Russian accent like that, for sure. Few would.
