im making 348 rwhp on 8 lbs on 91 pump gas. and i live in colorado so atmospheric pressure is a lot lower. other then turbo i got cams and a port/polished head. stock internals too.

something is wrong with your car. if i was boosting 16+ lbs id be in the 500 hp range.

@onebadis300 dude it depends on what turbo your running. 8 psi out of a t88 is ay different from 8psi out a gt35 or something different. Thats why putting just the amount of psi the guy is running is pointless cause that can mean a lot of different power levels depending on turbo. it should say 8psi from a t51r so you get a better idea of what he's running.

Nice ride. The IS300 was one car that Toyota/Lexus did right in that time period. The SC-430 is a freaking luxo coupe, not a sports car! I was going to get the 06 sport edition of the IS (the one that came with the blacked out badges) but the F'ing Mercury dealer that had it wouldn't let it go for a reasonable price (hell, it was the only car of value on their lots xD ). So I just kept my new Accord. Too bad Honda didn't make it in RWD :(

w55 (manual transmission, about 350HP, if anything over, transmission might go out), w58 (automatic transmission, about 400HP, if anything over, transmission might go out). To get more HP from force induction (supercharger/turbocharger), you can rebuild the motor (swap head, swap headers, etc)/swap the motor (2jz-gte block most popular), swap the internals, swap the transmision, swap clutch, all the bolt ons (air intake/exhaust). By the way, all year is300's came with the same transmissions =).
