hey man, look i used to lift heavy about a year ago and when i was lifting my arms got to be 19 1/4 inches around and i wanna get back into my arms atleast. what workouts do you do if you dont mind telling me?
Hey bro sorry it took so long to respond. I do a lot of Inclined curls pretty much set up a bench like you are gonna do incline dumbell press, but then just do curls instead. Do like 5-7 sets. Also, a lot of heavy hammer curls. About 3 sets of those. Then I go between two handles and do pulls like your flexing. About 4 sets of those.
Sometimes I change it up and do barbell curls, or regular curls also instead of the hammer curls.
