are you describing the rattling or jingling noise?? that would be the clutch plates as the clutch is pulled in. The Hellcat runs with a dry clutch. It's a distinctive sound.

As long as we're bursting bubbles......if the Ecosse is indeed a farse, and it was indeed "made from a Hellcat", then wouldn't that make the Hellcat the *original* farse?

I think that both bikes are nice but it seems that ecosse is moving into hi dollar race bikes. Type in ecosse spirit. They call the bike a ES1. Supposed to be the worlds fastest super bike. Appears the dealer wasn't so farse after all.

Not knowing much about bikes I'd say the Confederate bikes have more appeal to me. It seems more honest and in your face. The form is based on function and the construction is visible and transparent. Not much is hidden behind body kits.

Why do people feel compelled to add some rock song in the background to motorcycle videos? The bike sounds awesome and then I here some cheesy, old Van Halen song chime in - it ruined and otherwise great video.
