i didn't follow the tutorial here, but DxM just goes into FullScreen Mode now and IDK why.

It works perfectly fine and everything, and it was in a window even just last night. Admittidly, i didn't restart my computer yet, but can someone reply how to back to Window Mode and exit FullScreen Mode?

@whataboutkris ? That's because you didn't follow a step. Go to my computer, then to C: , then to program files (or to program files x86, if you have windows 7 64 bit/can't find the folder in normal program files), then find the folder that says DancexMixer, then inside it, replace the exe file that came with the rar with that one, and run it from there.

Hey everyone, I have been trying to download dancexmixer for weeks but whenever I would there would be some type of error. So I finally figure out how to get it downloaded and I am so happy when it finally does, thinking that I'll finally be able to play it right? No. Now whenever I try to open it, it comes up saying there's a Runtime error and something about it is asking runtime to terminate it in an unusual way and it must close the application...I really wanna play it T~T any help? I know this is a month late, but, redownload it. That happens when your internet doesn't finish downloading the file in the time given, so it corrupts and decides "Fuck it, I'm gonna cut it short" leaving the file half downloaded.

It tells me to reinstall it, but I've done it multiple times and it still isn't working... with the same error... *sobbu cry* And yes, I remembered to turn the unicode language to Japanese. |D;; Any ideas on how to fix it? You only need to install a new version of direct x. Any d3dx errors are mostly because of an old version of direct x.

I don't know. I never encountered a serial number. Usually that happens when people accidently install the trial version or...You didn't put the NoActi launcher in the directory

You need WinRAR or 7ZIP to extract it. To do that right click on the DancexMixer RAR and then click on extract here or extract to folder

I downloaded the game from the link you provided and I'm having a bit of trouble getting it work. Whenever I click the noacti launcher from anywhere other than the program files then I have the same problem as tropyro,but if I click it from program files,a box that says ''inut D3D9 DirectX'' appears. In the create character screen. First open that. (Assuming you have the game already installed) The girl will pop up and you'll have a editor screen and stuff. ( 1:53 shows how it looks) Click the 2nd button and save the girl. Then go to dance and when it loads click on the tab that says "Property" and then on load.

First you save them. (In the create screen there should be 2 buttons. Experiment with them and find the save one...Which I THINK is the top one. I don't remember) Then exit and load up dance. Then load the model by going to property.and clicking 'load'.

OK. You put the no acti launcher thing IN the directory where you installed dancexmixer which is, by default, My Computer (or just computer) > C: (shouldn't be that hard to spot) > Program files > DancexMixer

I did. I installed it, then at the set-up thing I did DirectX and yeah. Everything is installed, and it comes up with the three buttons "Dress" "Chara" and "Dance" and when I click one an error pops up.
