Such an amazingly dark cut scene. The overall darkness and adulthood of this game (a long with loveable characters and the standard nintendo fun side of things) made this one of the best, if not the best Zelda game perhaps beaten JUST by OOT.

Those who do not know the danger of wielding power will, before long, be ruled by it. I'm a life long Zelda fan, and that line opened a whole new look and understanding of Link.

The fused shadows bare resemblance to majoras mask. The Pure white eyes and screaming is something that happens in majoras mask when link steals a persons body. The process kills the person whos likeness is stolen as evidenced by majoras mask and the deku scrub who died. Theres conflict between the gods and termina as shown in the stone tower dungeon. Twilight princess is the sequal to majoras mask. The fused shadows are weaker than the power of the goddesses as shown by ganon's Triforce piece

I really don't think people completely understand this cutscene. For one, nobody really turned evil, it was just the people were blinded by what they thought they wanted: the triforce. They want that power to themselves, so they turn against each other so they can have it for themselves. Though they did "evil" things, they were only blinded by power, as the cutscene explains at the end. This cutscene is very symbolic and displays a universal theme.
