  • Excellent effort- but where is creme chibouste? This recetta is so rare, thus I'm disappointed that It's not a genuine one. Sorry for being offensive. Keep up your good job as a good cook

  • I loved this video! I actually have to make this as my final for a class and it really helped me on how to set up my mise en place and time line. I noticed that you didn't have a st. honore tip either, they are REALLY hard to find. Anyway awesome video.

  • Hi, thanks for posting this video. What kind of milk do you use for this recipe. I've noticed that using lower fat milk doesn't give me the same results. Please let me know as I would love to make this recipe just right.

  • @Kicess01 Hi there! I generally use skim milk because that is all we use in our house, but it can be made with 2% or whole milk. I've used all of these types of milk without any problems.
