Travis Bishop is NOT a convicted felon. He was not tried in a general court-martial: he did not receive more than one year in prison and did not receive a dishonorable discharge. Travis Bishop is now convicted of a federal misdemeanor, but not a felony.

i'm totally disgusted at this; here we have a bunch of war protester, the under the hood cafe goons, and a ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIER who is in uniform right in the middle of them giving convicted felon, PVT Bishop a salute. he doesn't deserve a damn salute. what he deserves is what he got, a year in jail and a BCD.
