This hurts my heart. I lost my Dad to cancer. I didn't get a miracle. I didnt' get to keep my dad. I didn't get remission. I got pain...I got further from my faith...and now, don't believe in much. Except that I have to be strong in myself to get through another day. I'm all I've got left. And I'm okay with that.
@nyazgirl Oh, but darlin'....don't you see? He DID receive a healing. A heavenly healing....the best kind, because it lasts for eternity. I lost my FIL 2 years ago to cancer and while I would have LOVED an earthly healing, I know and have peace with the fact that he lives where cancer cannot go. I pray that you find your way back to God.
