Looks like your clear coat is gone. We brushed on some polyurethane and it brought the "sparkle" back to the paint. Left some brush strokes, but for an old boat it looks pretty good. Better than spending hundreds on new paint!
That's a nice Ranger. I have a 1984 395-V the same color. The 375 looks a little smaller. Mine is a 21ft. Looks like you pulled the carpet out and have new seats. Still looks good though. I'm doing my seats in the off season this year, they"re pretty cracked. Check out my page. That Merc sounds awesome. I have a 1984 yamaha 220, pushes it about 55-60. I bet that Merc will scream!
