I have had the honor of meeting the last survivor from the brained MN Armored unit that was in the death march, He is 92 years old. His name is Walt Straka. He told me how when they surrendered, The japs found a suiveneer on one of the guys from the unit, and executed him on the spot. Walt had a couple of bayonets and managed to dig a hole with his hands and burry them.
You are the first people who used that devililish bomb upon the civilians and slaughter them all. Do you have any courage to use another devilish bomb upon civilians ?
@RAZOR2177 actually we didn't. Its hidden by the Canadian/ American Governments but we actually did starve, beat, torture, and leave out POW to die. Its just in our culture we want them to be the bad guys so they hide the fact that we are equal, if not worse than them.
What about the Aussie POWs? Yhey sufferred the most in Malaya ,& the Poms too? My old uncle fought from El Alemein, through Palestine, Eastern europe, Poland France, Germany. He was awarded the DSO, & his last campaign was in Papua New Guinea. He used to tell us of his adventures as a " tin soldier", but the only thing he said about his time in PNG, was that I will NEVER forgive them bloody Japs! It must have been horrific for uncle to say that. He never touched a firearm after the war.
