Finally found this music video! I remember the time this aired on television, Pop music seemed to be at its all time best. Surley nothing close to the 90's but it's a slick transition in my opinion. Knowing she departed in her music career is sad to know, however If she remained with a label theyd have her compose songs with no signifance. These singles Stacie put out are miraculous, Theyre very pure and light especially with her voice. I know i'm not the only one in tears listening to his now.
She hasn't left the music industry, her last album wasn't released in the US because of complications then she had a break in Africa. She has since been preparing her next album.
Her last album wasn't released in the U.S. because she wasn't successful enough. Her label dropped her so she said 'fuck it' and went on living her life. She's making a new album but I doubt that shits going to see the light of day...or at least be known by anyone.
It says on Wikipedia that she's releasing an album later this year. But since "Beautiful Awakening" wasn't really a Christian album, I have no idea what to expect!

We all miss Stacie. For years we have heard rumors of her coming back to the music scene but she has yet to find a label and a few years ago she had a song called light years that she meant to send as a promo for a label company to hear but that never happened because she decided to sell the song instead of doing the promo herself. Now this is all I know. I wish she would come back and sing again. Her fans miss her and she could be more famous than Mariah Carey if she really wanted to : )

We all miss Stacie. For years we have heard rumors of her coming back to the music scene but she has yet to find a label and a few years ago she had a song called light years that she meant to send as a promo for a label company to hear but that never happened because she decided to sell the song instead of doing the promo herself. Now this is all I know. I wish she would come back and sing again. Her fans miss her and she could be more famous than Mariah Carey if she really wanted to : )

I still love this song. I remember the first time I heard and saw this video was early one morning on of the christian channels on cable/sky. Beautiful song and incredibly talented singer, Stacie needs to make a return!!

I love Stacie Orrico but this song is sounds like a teenager wrote it and not true love.. i.e. "when you call me in the middle of the night" lol I remember those late night calls being young. But true love is far more than this
