Only if he could remain clean and stay away from trouble. He got caught more than twice so he deserves the punishment. But man what a tremendous loss! His average & economy rate for test matches is amazing. Dearly miss him in the team.

did anyone notice the part asif hold the bad in hand visible to the batsman. i think he prolly showed the shinyside to pieterson and then changed the side before the released the ball..he said tht in an interview once tht he changes the side before releasing the ball sometimes

Fantastic bowler. Will be interesting to see what he does over the next couple of years against the top batsmen in the world.
Bittersweet to see Trescothick in this vid too. He'll be missed. I loved watching him play.

I mean Australia beat the WI 5-1 in 1975/76. So going by your logic, Holding should detest the Aussies too, right? Makes no fucking sense to me.

context is not the same. The WI were defined by Clive Lloyd's Invincibles and he was not captain until the late 70s.
