I just watched the rest of the videos for this week and had to come back to tell you how much I enjoyed these! Back in March 2011 I made a video to myself for the "future me", because of these videos I went back and watched it today. I told my future self to continue eating well and exercising and to not give up like I have in the past!! That was 39 pounds ago and i'm glad I made the video!! In a few months I will make a video to the old me!! Thanks for the idea and continue motivation!!
