If anyone wants to know why she was on the phone at the end of this incredible MV is because that she understands the language but cannot speak so she uses sign language (or maybe makaton) to communicate with Michael in this MV. She's not deaf. Or i think the word for this is Advocates. i dunno xD but anyway
