Good list, but too many of those songs are by thrash bands from nowadays (in my opinion, evile is the only one on list from the 2000's that's any good). There are many great songs by Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Overkill, Annihilator, Metal Church, Onslaught, Razor, Exciter, and many others that aren't on the list. Even though it's only a 10-song list, about 5 of those could be replaced by a band I previously mentioned.

I like Testament a lot , in fact Testament is my favorite band.
BUT, The Big Four are four bands that pioneered thrash metal. Testament's first album came out in '87, way after Metallica/Anthrax/Slayer/Megadeth had already been going for a while.
If anything, Exodus should be in there, but Anthrax deserves to be as well.
@666Beezleboss666 what they are today doesnt matter. the thing that can make some music so great is it just never gets old; it stands the test of time. i hate to say it dude but when you look at thrash value and quality of songs, Slayer fucks the shit out of almost every single band on tour list. I think you're making a very foolish mistake by ignoring the roots of thrash, because really, those are some of the top bands out there, and when you compare megadeth and slayer to this stufff......
@Dethtothenations Megadeth are easily one of the best thrash metal bands of all time. Dave Mustaine is a god in writing riffs their 4 albums are all instant classics. That being said, Metallica was never that good. Their first 2 albusm where great, but there are lots of thrash metal albums being alot better then those to. Slayers first 4 albums where classics, but not close to being the best. Sadus for example is way more talented, have better riffs, are alot faster and have Steve DiGiorgio!

Slayer had the luck to form when thrash was still a populair genre and around the time Slayer released their last decent album Sadus started releasing killer albums, and really, their bass player is arguably the best bass player thrash metal ever had. He even did bass in Death's Individual Thought Patterns and Human.

Really you're arguing against yourself when you bring that up, because I consider him more of a death metal player, not thrash. he played with bands like autopsy too. The only band I can think of where the bassist carries the band is Primus.

@666Beezleboss666 what they are today doesnt matter. the thing that can make some music so great is it just never gets old; it stands the test of time. i hate to say it dude but when you look at thrash value and quality of songs, Slayer fucks the shit out of almost every single band on tour list. I think you're making a very foolish mistake by ignoring the roots of thrash, because really, those are some of the top bands out there, and when you compare megadeth and slayer to this stufff......

@Dethtothenations Megadeth are easily one of the best thrash metal bands of all time. Dave Mustaine is a god in writing riffs their 4 albums are all instant classics. That being said, Metallica was never that good. Their first 2 albusm where great, but there are lots of thrash metal albums being alot better then those to. Slayers first 4 albums where classics, but not close to being the best. Sadus for example is way more talented, have better riffs, are alot faster and have Steve DiGiorgio!

@Dethtothenations The only reason Slayer is more populair then Sadus is because they debuted in 1993 and Sadus in 1988 and around that time thrash metal was almost done. Slayer had the luck to form when thrash was still a populair genre and around the time Slayer released their last decent album Sadus started releasing killer albums, and really, their bass player is arguably the best bass player thrash metal ever had. He even did bass in Death's Individual Thought Patterns and Human.

Really you're arguing against yourself when you bring that up, because I consider him more of a death metal player, not thrash. he played with bands like autopsy too. And im sorry to say it, but a bass player rarely carries a band, and digiorgio is no exception. the highlight of death was chuck, not their bass player, although yes, he is a good bass player. The only band I can think of where the bassist carries the band is Primus.

Sadus is much better then Slayer. Faster, Complexer, Better riffs, Vocals where more thrashier and the only reason you can think of Slayer being better is because they are more populair. Also, lot's of thrash metal bands from the 80's are better then Slayer and some ofcourse where worse.

warbringer doesn't even follow traditional thrash. i like screaming, but thats not thrash. Evile is great, and they actually do what metallica, slayer, anthrax, and megadeth started in the 80s. I don't see how ppl hate evile. is it just because they toured with megadeth, or is it because they were on rock band? And besides most thrash other than the big 4, exodus, and evile is on the border of speed metal which is a branch of thrash, but still different.

The reason why there is no Sodom is that they in my opinion not really worthy! For me they had only one real good Album called "Agent Orange"

And i dont put the songs in an special order. There are my 10 favourites i love them all and had no special one i prefer!
