It's a rifle-only scope. You can use it on either of the two rifles available in the game.

It's a pretty easy game, I think the PS2 version was more difficult, but maybe it's because the Wii Remote makes it easier to shoot the gun. I had a hard time getting past the Dr. Salvador in the village on the PS2 (came up from behind and chopped my head off...bastard), but this version is a lot easier and doesn't make me so angry.

Any door that you can unlock you can only unlock from one side, the side that you have to go around the long way to get to. They act as a shortcut to go back in case you missed something I guess.
