Thank you! If I remember correctly though, it was actually an exposed root and not a branch. But still, you're right. I would imagine that you COULD consider this satire in same way however, as it was more of a point a shoot for the heck of it experience. I had to fill my Director's Account with something though, so I dug out and edited a lot of those types.
The chanting is from a band (project?) I had come across some time ago called "Unquiet Void". It's all ambient, Lovecraft inspired stuff. And while I'm giving credit, I should mention that the song at the end is by "The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets".
Don't suppose you've got a link for Unquiet Void then? (I could do a search, but meh :D)

Pro tip - tripping on a fallen branch works best if it actually snags your toe... unless this is satire, in which case, carry on.
