  • personaly i always stuck with the basics. dumbell-barbell raises, side laterals, rear laterals. I always do shrugs for traps on shoulder day to since my grip is fresh and blood is already in the area. You cant confuse a muscle they only understand how hard they need to contract. so the basics will take you till the end of your bodybuilding career.

  • could be great for helping with a injury but have to admit it looks like a incline press.

  • the way the weight comes back down is the difference though ,

    it comes down at an angle which stresses the anterior deltoid , whereas incline bench comes down straight to your chest which puts strain on the pectorals

  • Dont!! Use millitary presses which is the best shoulder exercise in the world to build super mass! Ask any bodybuilder, they will tell you the same. What you see in this vid is for sick grandmas rehabilitation!

  • oh God, please not the special forces ninja commando excuses for someone to do something right or wrong and idiots laughing at this video. Both of the guys in the video are skinny as hell and look like clowns for buying their clothes XL style, thinking that they look stronger and are stronger that way instead of dressing M. The exercise is interesting but cannot be done in every gym and obviously people going to look at you like dumb goats do, but hey, always good to try something new in the gym

  • i got a question....i dislocated my shoulder about 5 wks ago...it still is a bit weak when i go beyond my back...could i be lifting weights now or wait for complete healing?

  • i would say to workon something else and let your shoulder heal completely because it takes longer to heal if your messing with it but thats just me...

  • This happened to me. I ignored the doctor and started working out... big mistake. I had to have 3-hour surgery to repair the damage, and I was very lucky to recover as much range-of-movement as I did.

    Don't make my mistake -- let that fucker heal, then start with isometrics to strengthen the muscles around the joint and cuff, easing into weight movements. Feel free to message me for more input. Cheers brother.

  • there's a guy at my gym that takes one of the machines, stands facing it at the back part, and presses forward on the part that you hold. it's weird, but it's exactly this. pretty cool vid.

  • Well young man, I'm 38 years old, 5'10", 280lbs and I have a 52 inch chest, 19.5 inch arms, 32.5 inch thighs, squat 600 raw, bench 425, incline press 350, and most importantly to "THIS" particular video, military press 225 for 20 reps and 315 for 8. I would say that makes me quite knowledgeable in the muscle and strength department. I WILL be posting a video in the near future for people like you, however my comments above have not changed for you nor anyone else.
