Nop,you can revolt in both exp packs,asian dynasties and War chiefs :D

There are no ironclads in Age of Empires III. We have to wait for Age of Empires IV for that.

@SevRule4ever In any skirmish you can revolt after the industrial age. you can send ironclads from your home city, other than that, I don't think they have ironclads in the campaign.

@SoYeahLucas It's not necessary to make the revolution, only having the portuguesse allyes on the consulate allows you to send that kind of hard ships.

yet i dont think the revolution music last long enough in the game, like i get into an epic battle mood because of the music and then it ends right before the battle leaveing nothing but an akward silence
