It might be helpful if "spoof" or "parody" was added into the title so that those who are looking for serious information could skip over these type of videos.

Use of weights is an idea However when you work out you burn calories and Sweat which causes fluid loss and Energy loss in a survival situation You need to conserve your water and energy as much as possible and food isn't a problem Until you run out! Burn calories and you have to consume more food. I believe they teach the military if you are taken prisoner to PACE to anf fro in your cell to keep your health up thus avoiding strenious activity burning more energy

Completely useless video. Every knows crosses, holy water, and garlic don't work on zombies. That's for vampires.  For zombies, just go down to your local butcher and stock up a nice supply of brains. Then, when the zombies come, you can throw the brains at them and, while they are feasting on that, you can get away.
