Harrier GR7 and GR9 has a radar worse, than at MiG-29 and Su-27. But - it is better than rocket AIM-120. In fight if Russian planes are serviceable, Harrier will notice them later, but using AIM-120, can fire at them and at once try to escape. In near fight at Harrier does not have an opportunity to win any.
