Not likely that there will be a Wristcutters 2, the plot didn't really leave off the option for a second one. Though I agree that it'd be awesome for Eugene Hutz to have played himself in the movie, Shea Whigham did a great job as Eugene.

So, it's not based off of him, it actually is him.

Some of Gogol Bordello's music, (this song in particular), is showcased in the movie "Wristcutters: A love story", pretty cool movie. There is a character quite reminiscent of Eugene Hutz in the movie as well, and he plays a man named Eugene....coincidence?
