I had a friend that was just about to add potassium hexacyanoferrate to HCl. Fortuantelly I stopped him and told him why not to!!

the reaction is when ferrocyanate ions interact with iron ions in solution. the interaction creates the compound ferric ferrocyanate or Fe7(CN)18 which is deep blue in color.
