Ownspy is not maintained to the highest standard. Most times the server it runs on seems very slow or the GPS tracker can say the phone is somewhere it is not.

This package would be complete if it had a keylogger to capture notes, unlock codes, etc. To the other commenters: if you just want tracking, try iLocalis by the same author. It's about $10 one time -- much cheaper.
