@BrAdEnSB666 here is how I fixed it go to C:\windows\system32\oobe\info\­backgrounds\backup just delete some of the pictures so you can add new ones. It seems if there are too many pictures in the backup folder it won't allow you to add new pictures to create a different log on screen

DONT GET WINRAR, its annoying boring and you need to pay after a while (you can have it free for a bit). Get Peazip, its completely free and supports more formats than winrar

@ArtistGirlForever180 its a watermark. i have a video on how to make one. but if you want to put it up on ur videos you need a video editing program like Camtasia Studio or Sony Vegas. hope this helped. :D
