You have made amazingly crazy progress. When I look at your video from four months ago and then this video, I am amazed. I weigh 207 and I also have PCOS, so it is a lot harder for me too. I have come to grips with the fact that if I eat like everyone else, I will gain weight, period. So, I'm working out every day and I'm starting a raw food diet today. I hope I make as much progress as you. Conrats on your success so far.
Good luck.. I will tell the truth.. It is hard.. Alittle trick that keeps me from over eating is to sleep..lol.. FOR REAL.. I will workout and then go to sleep to pass some hours if I don't feel like going outside that day.. It works.. Duhhh: I just saw that you are only eating raw foods. Hoe do you sustain your strength?? I need some type of carb???
Well I started on the raw diet, but my stomach after three weeks was begging for something that was warm and cooked..lol So I am still on raw but I eat veggie burgers by BOCA.. breadless of course..just the patty... They are the BOMB..:).. p/s Oatmeal is a great carb to eat .. check up on it. good for ya
