Why atheists claim "Jesus Never Existed" and "god who wasn't there"

I'm an atheist!! yeah!!! lol Here's what's up: Most of what Jesus was supposed to have taught happens to be very good advice to live your life by. His message was more important than His divinity. Even if He was the Devil Himself, the words attributed to Him are still true. It doesn't matter if He existed at all.

Of course if your entire faith depends on virgin births and resurrections, then you have forgotten the message in your efforts to deify the man. I think Jesus would be pissed.

Oh really? Where's your evidence? Any evidence. He had no contemporary writers. Everything ever said about him is hearsay. Hearsay is useless. There's a reason they don't allow hearsay in a court of law. It's NOT evidence. So where is your evidence? Maybe you should get some before calling people stupid. Stupid!

You're a good xian - dumber than a bucket of wet hair. I can produce a lot of evidence that I exist. There is actual DNA evidence. It's called science. Something that scares the religious. Education is your biggest enemy. You want the educated to "shut the fukup" because you can't deal with the truth. The religious must avoid intelligent dissent. They can't deal. All they can do is say "shut the fukup" because they're so ignorant.

There isn't any proof that Jesus didn't exist, there isn't any evidence that Jesus did Exist. We are skeptic of such a story, we aren't against Jesus' teachings, just the book and it's followers.

@TuWear Well in a way there is no PROOF. There is no proof in many people from before the modern era... Take for example Cleopatra. That could have been a story with a lot of artwork and public myth. We do not truly know for sure what the facts are!!

@MysterEy1 Actually there is supporting evidence on Cleopatra, since she wasn't a god and had so much artwork and stories about her she had to be a real person. There is so much to support the evidence of many of the past and that they actually existed, not much for Jesus though.

nonsense that Jesus never existed cause Nero mentions Jesus on record.I guess that Nero was pretending Jesus existed as his excuse to persecute and blame christians for the fire.Fire was 64 years after Jesus death and rise so people were still alive(though old) that were around in Jesus time.what do you expect,they still think 18th century science is true(In dARWINS TIME,SCIENCE BELIVED THAT BLEEDING PEOPLE CURED DISEASE,CELLS WERE SIMPLE AND EVOLUTION BURST FORTH
