The truth is that when the fed trades the federal reserve notes the commercial banks use that money to expand the money in circulation. This is really where inflation comes from...the practice of fractioning reserve banking. We are f**k!

I have no love for the Fed, but, correct me if I'm wrong. They could print all the money they wanted and it wouldn't matter as long as the gov't didn't "borrow" it. My point is this. As wrong and illegal as the Fed is, if the politicians didn't sell the fed any securities, the newly printed notes would not go into circulation (or become electronic credits). The Fed and our corrupt and self-serving politicians are one.

I live in US and we all know here that they are printing money like there was no tomorrow. We are on a bubble and the bubble is going to burst, Ron Paul or no Ron Paul. We are beyond the point of return.

The sad thing is that a lot of people prefer to watch TV shows and keep farting sitting on their couches rather then to open their minds.
