@dancesintheshadows I started practicing it every evening but only for a few minutes! and then stop and dont do anything until the next day....i dont know why but that helped me a LOT! By now I can keep it up for about 5-10 seconds :D at least something!
@Elektro0Hexe You'll probably want to spend more than 3 minutes practising every day.
Hula hooping is about retraining your body to isolate in ways it doesn't understand how to do normally, so that means to learn things you have to do it over and over and over and over and over until it looks seamless. It doesn't take wild skill, just too much practice.
@Suzietutu Well, as I said: it helped me that way and much more than practising for hours, because I used to get stuck and frustrated and that honestly didnt help at all. I made progress. Practising a lot helped me learning every other trick I know, but not with chest hooping.
