Yes, you need electric trams powered by renewable energy. Wind and solar power have been neglected, too!!! Malta needs some direction here. I speak from the UK where public transport, particularly light and heavy rail has been neglected and renewable energy, by techical incompetence of our Narcissistic "leaders".
