Evilene will never be played quite like Mabel King did back in the day. Just look at The Wiz and thats her. Her voice just made this song and I have not heard anyone come close to singing like that ever.

I like her costume. When I saw The Wiz, the Evillene looked like a gothic, Satanist chick. The hooker look is pretty awesome. I also love the Winkies!

nice energy from the cast,im not sure about the costumes, its an unique approach...a goth/prostitute look. Also,The Wiz by Sidney Lumet is the film version of the popular Broadway musical that retells the events of L. Frank Baum's novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz...which was transformed in to the 1939 film with Judy Garland. When you refer to "The Wiz" (versus the wizard of oz)Many ppl expecially A.Americans families might think u r talking about the traditionally all Black version.
