  • i read the comments first cuz i thought something was gona pop up

  • thats more anoying than my school fire alarm

  • I used to live in wegdewood yellow. the alarm was a bastard! still nothing a little blue-tak over the siren wont solve!

  • OWWWWWWWWWW i had my volume torned up and earphones in THAT FREEKING HURT >_<

  • oh god its a blood light ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh someone died run for the hills!

  • wow it flashes.

I guess thats the benefit of Wedgwood Green.

  • and i thought my Commander 4 was loud. damn.

  • Im Guessing that they whre the GENT S-QUAD Sensor/Sounder/Strobe

  • set to continuse tone

  • What do the alarms look like? do they say "GENT" on the sensor sounder. Are all the alarms in the building set to that tone and what does the control panel look like. next time it goes off make a video if you can

  • lol yeah same tone, but not many rooms have lights in here in stafford court, only a couple of kitchens

  • ouch, you could have warned me to take my headphones off, lol WHat? you want me to get dressed?

  • I got something like that this morning. I was dreaming and I was about to get a piece of meat and all the sudden, My mother woke me up shouting my name.

  • Yeah but "CONTINUOUS" from this fire alarm kills me and my computer speakers were up loud.

  • lol yea its worse when your having the best dream ever then suddenly...

  • OW! MY EAR!!

  • You didnt live in the same room as it lol

  • It's like something from a horror film. "Oh no! Our world is merging with one of pure evil!" Hope it doesn't happen while I'm there. lol

  • oh it will happen, on your first night (if your in Wedgwood or Doulton its a certainty) and every so often until about jan/feb(ish).

Only 2 rooms in wedgwood green had the flashing light mine just happened to be one of them. The one next to me did as well, the fire alarm is also louder in flashing light rooms so much so that it is quieter in the corridor

  • yes i have a flashing light in my room as well that's why the flashing is there but the continuous tone is the standard alarm tone at all of staffordshire uni's halls

  • Is that a special fire alarm for death people?
