  • A big influence to my in the Seventies! THANKS!

  • Perfeito.

  • As a young musician, this album shook my world and turned it upside down. They set the bar higher than ever before and changed the landscape of Jazz Fusion (as it was called back then). So wonderful to see it performed to perfection here. These guys are a true "super-group" like no other.

  • huge thanks to the uploader, this is wonderful.

  • merveilleux...

  • Wow. Masterpiece.

  • astounding! and I'm only 3 minutes into the song!

  • Still fresh after 30 years, one of my favorite acoustic songs of all time.

  • my reaction?? stunned!!

  • This simply amazing bass solo is just one indication of why Stanley Clarke

is the greatest living bassist! The chords, the runs, the technique and sound only Stanley can produce on an upright. AND THEN he can pick up his Alembic and slap anybody's ass off including Wooten, Miller, King, Helborg etc.

AND he ain't too shabby on straight forward rock and roll either. I've met him and jammed with him ( 15 minutes of bass bliss) and he's a nice guy too.

  • ahahh the end of stanley solo sounds a lot like 90's grunge stuff :D

  • STRE-PI-TO-SI!!! Le Grandi Composizioni e i Grandi Musicisti rimangono SEMPRE tali! B-)

  • I gently weep - these 4 guys changed jazz fusion to a level only to be imitated

  • i get chills from this, its amazing simply

  • @alexi383 No I was afraid that you might think that I heard it for the first time in 1880.

  • Al Di Meola is not usually my cup of tea, but his solo is wonderful. And what a technique.

  • @seukfuhi Try solo AL's Land of the Midnite Sun. Great Album. Many good musicians as well as Stan,Chic+Lenny. Elegant Gypsy's not bad either. After that they get sort of redundant, but still decent listening. BUT old RTF like Hymn of 7th Galaxy and Romantic Warrior are classics.

  • Thanks for post. Its nice to see this great reunion.

  • My all time/all band favorite track since the seventies/eighties of the last century. Seeing and hearing this I still can understand why.

  • @namedieh oh i thought you meant 2080...jk

  • I saw the last 2 shows in Harlem summer 08, Brilliant.

  • Mind-bogglingly profound genius, Stanley Clarke. Chick has that ability to draw-out the best from the creative musicians who play with him, doesn't he? He inspires them. His compositions are that great! It's like Stanley is channelling J.S. Bach circa 12:45.

  • Thanks for posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Captain Chick Corea on board of his musical spaceship,Master Di Meola with the classy attitude and just leave the rhythm of Colonel Lenny cradle you , while Professor Stanley jamzzzz or should I say rips it!

  • Thanks for posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Heaven!
