  • The pigeons are out at around12.30. five days a week,'' weather permitting '' sometimes i scrape out the boxes. the water is changed once a day and after two hours flying the pigeons are called in to be fed, they don't go out after that. the important thing is to do the same thing every day.

  • May i ask at what time do you feed the birds? And how many times do you allow them out per day...

  • nice loft, simple but very elegant looking.

  • hi mate nice loft,im after one similar for my young birds, where did you get it from ? like the way it slopes down at front looks great

  • I feed the pigeons at the exact time every day, and only the correct amount is given , they soon become conditioned to the system, late trappers are not fed , this sharpens their focus of attention to my call.

  • How Do You Get Them To Enter The Loft Right After They Land? And Good Video.

  • what sort of breed are your pigeons

  • very nice

  • Nice shed and keep it clean water every day and the food

the bird will be healthied, Thanks to share this video with me!

  • I love small lofts...I have one too, but nothing compared to the beauty of this one.

  • Great use of available space and as they say "quality not quantity"

  • Thanks Phil, yea its a small loft but with enough room for thirty plus pigeons.Enjoyed that Hendrix video.

  • Yes, very nice loft . Do the two traps go to the same place or are they separated when they trap.

  • Hello and thanks for that comment, the trapping systems are individual to each section, the smaller section is kept for young bird only with perches fitted around three walls. Just had a look at your pigeons, nice birds in the right environment.

  • That's a beautiful Belgian Black Racing Pigeon you've got there Joe, Keep your eyes on him.

  • i couldent be bothered paying that kind of money joining a pigeon club iv no interest in racing i have a family and wouldent have the time to be hanging around out my backyard any longer than i already do ,my missus kill me!!

  • the soot i had i abred off a choclate red and a cheq pied some lad that seen it on youtube actually bought it off me!!!theres not many(or any )hawks in crumlin where i live thank god, have you joined any club yet??

  • Thanks for the positive comment,i watched your videos, very good,Some nice Grizzles.Whats the breeding of your sut black?

I live in Clondalkin near the Grand canal and close to open fields,Hawks are a big problem out here. Its hard to break youngsters to the loft, lost some real beauties last season to sparrow Hawks, another problem is young bird clashing with other fanciers pigeons.

  • very nice loft mate,,,i love the fact you dont have to have a huge loft with 300 racers to compete,,
