I loved that execution scene! That scene alone made the movie worth watching! One of the best scenes ever in a horror movie, although I was almost laughing at some parts. You know I'm not postive, but I think there's actually a law that says if they throw the switch the chair doesn't work right, or you don't die for some reason, they are not allowed to make a second attempt. They have to let you go or send you back to jail. In this movie though, you can throw the switch as many times as it takes

lol well good, because that would be a horrible reason to hate a movie. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, I don't disagree with that. I didn't like it for various reasons, but I don't hate it as much as I make it sound in my video, it's mainly for fun because it's an easy movie to pick on

Although I agree on the subject that the plot sucks, I enjoy this movie everytime I see it. I've seen it on an old betamax tape many years ago and it always stayed in my mind. Mainly because it was the first horror movie I saw (I was 8 years old). Oh well, nice review though, laughed my ass off.

lol, I'm glad you liked my review. Honestly I don't think it's as bad as I made it sound, and I've definately seen worse, it's just much funnier to talk shit about it than to say it was any good. Also, you have a little bit of the nostalgia effect there too, I tend to love movies that I liked as a kid even if they aren't very good lol :)

whoa thanks for clearing up the titles, i always felt this was a little off for the house series, it didn't really have anything to do with the house being haunted. it was all a curse on the person whom lived in a house where as all the others the house was haunted, really good review man, you got a knack for this keep em coming =D

lol I remember watching this film like 17 years ago or so, my friends dad rented it for us (nice and responsible...ha). I can still remember scenes ....like when he's in the electic chair and comes back to life he says something like "all that did was give me a hard on" ... and in the opening scenes he hits someone in the back with an axe, making a real mess of the guy . . . am I right? Weird how I can remember low budget horror films from when I was like 8! Sweet review man keep em coming.
