I was a bit weird though when I was walking back along the streets to the flat we hired. I was completely soaked. I saw people giving me funny looks. :)

If you knew your history, you would know that norfolk and norwich in particular played a huge role, if not the biggest role in the formation of england. Ha,ha pretty accurate there, I lived in Norfolk for quite a while, never did really pick up the accent though. I still struggle when speaking with locals. Someone the other day asked me if I'd always lived in Norfolk and I took 'Have you always' for 'Are your hallways' didn't 'ave a clue what 'e was on about for a while! I get the piss taken all the time for having an Estuary accent though.With all my family coming from Reading and me moving about loads as a kid I picked up my Mum's accent lol

I used to live in a Narrrrrrrfulk village, only 15 mile south of Norwich, from birth to 22 years and most of the people there talk in an accent at least three times more Norfolkian than this this one, the one on the video sounds quite weak to me! My parents were both raised only twenty minutes from Scotland though so I have a really bizzare accent that is half strongly southern country and half extremely Northern :S
