@Rogerlowrey2222 I realize that the conditions are bad. There is no denying it. Where I sell it is considered in the top 5 worst markets in the US so I know. However, success is a mindset. I don't just say that I believe it. I fell into a trap of believing that the market was dead and so I became reluctant to try. It was only when I decided to change my efforts to those of a great market that I began closing deals again. Stay on your own path and stay away from the naysayers. Push through!
