If these astronauts are taking photos then they will be using the standard issue chest mounted cameras. This means they have to stand in various attitudes plus the normal (ie vertical) attitude to capture what they want. No problems there.

(The view must have been amazing.) In this stop, they parked the rover so that downhill is to our left. This freed up both astronauts to do work instead of having to handle a camera. The U.S. has a very rigorous flight test and certification procedure for everything that flys, including space craft. Russia has a habit of rushing to be first, often bypassing safety.
That's one of the reasons why the U.S. feels comfortable displaying every single launch of a space craft to the entire world while many Soviet failed launches weren't even known about until the Soviet Union dissolved.

Many Apollo pictures show that on a level surface the lunar astronauts leaned noticeably forward to balance the large PLSS mass on their backs. Here, the camera itself is tilted as they're on a slope. The giveaway is that the normal forward-leaning stance is gone only when the astronaut faces downhill.

This freed up both astronauts to do work instead of having to handle a camera. Ed Fendell was the controller and if you wish to see more about the camera, simply google for 'cameras of apollo' It should be the first link.

To be quite honest, I'd like to believe it happened but it all looks so staged and false, if they did go to the moon, these are not the images they broadcast back, it is obvious that it is a staged set, as I have said previously, if that was a Hollywood movie it would be laughed out of the theatre, it is like the early Bond movies with cardboard sets and dodgy effects, don't believe it, never will.

It's been mentioned before but deserves to be mentioned again. The rover is parked on a sloped surface, so the camera, (mounted on it), is tilted. There are other videos which show even more tilt than this one.
